Excellent situation for easy access to centre of Madrid. Just a 20 minute walk to La Latina and Plaza Major. The staff are fabulous. Really friendly and although I always try to speak Spanish their English is excellent It was made up immaculately for our return after a long day out

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They provided us with good information on best ways to get to key places of interest in the city and could not have done more. Thanks to Sarah who arranged a dinner reservation. Although not in centre of the city the location had excellent transport links with the metro outside the front door and bus stops across the road.

perfect location, subway and bus station right in front of the hotel, also very convenient for those arriving by train at Puerta de Atocha. Very spacious room, specially for European standards, great bed. Non touristic neighborhood, silent, very safe and still you can walk to all main neighborhoods! Loved it!

Nice hotel, kinda far from the center - about 20-30 minutes walking to/from Plaza Mayor - but we knew that from the beginning. Still, the metro station was just outside the hotel and there were also a couple of bus stations within 1-2 minutes. Very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and surprisingly big. Good - even if not very varied - buffet breakfast.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. We had a nice view from our window. The metro station was only a few steps from the hotel which was very handy. You could easily reach the city area and the airport on the metro. Stay were friendly and helpful. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and park areas in the local neighbourhood.

Very clean, friendly and cordial staff, great breakfast and superb location: the subway-train station is less than 10 steps from the hotel door. If you plan to visit Madrid without renting a car, this is The Hotel to choose.

The location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to public transportation to the major attractions of Madrid. It is also easy to transfer to the airport by the close Circanias line.

The place is perfect. You can easily arrive from airport to the hotel by train. The train/metro station is infront of the hotel. City center is approximately 10-15 minutes by walking. Receptionists are very kind and very helpful.

Wonderful Spanish location - not touristy. Also felt very safe area. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we look forward to returning to the hotel on 6th October for a further two nights. Also, we had a problem which was handled so well by the Manager.
